Import Watercare Invoices in RentHQ 4.7.6

Watercare invoices are typically split between the tenant and the landlord, which has historically made them time-consuming to process. With the latest version of RentHQ, this process is now much more efficient.

When you attach a Watercare invoice PDF to a tenant in RentHQ, the system will automatically create an 'Extra Charge' for the tenant’s portion of the bill. It will also send an email notification to the tenant, letting them know how much they need to pay. You can choose to include the Watercare invoice PDF as an attachment in that email.

Previously, these steps had to be completed manually. This update streamlines the workflow, saving time and reducing administrative effort.

Please note that this functionality is only available in the Windows app version of RentHQ, and is not supported on the browser or mobile versions. Other invoice types may be included in future.
